Bit under the front number plate

Not sure what it's called but I'm looking to get a replacement for the gloss black bit that the number plates goes on to.

I got some new plates which are shorter and now shows the holes from the previous plate.

Looks like this sticks on to the bumper ( have the black edition which I'm assuming is part of it?)

I just had mine wrapped to hide the holes
