bonnet seal? power cable fitment?

couple of questions for you knowledgeable lot
1. where do you get the bonnet seals that alot have you all fitted to the inside of your bonnet at the front?? how much?

2. where have you run your power cables through for your amps in the boot can't seem to see any gromets that mine might go through

oh if needed its an 05 fr

Depending on how powerful your amplifiers are I'd take a fused feed off the bottom of the relay plate...

1) The bonnet sea; is availble from Seat and cost about £7, TBH they dont do much, I'v removed mine.

2) In the hole where the pollen filter sits is a gromit that you can feed the cable through, you will need to remove the glove box though

They are a direct feed from the battery so connecting them there will be fine.

fits on the bonnett the holes are already there to fit it , i bought one , one of the first things i ordered , and my bay hasnt got any dirty'er so must be doing something
