Bonnet won't lock

Hi all, I recently had my bonnet painted and have come to check the levels and can't get the bonnet to latch shut. Any ideas what to Do?

I've experienced this if the bonnet release in the passenger door is not pushed all the way in.

Seems to be only a few mm in it, so try pulling the release out and then firmly pushing all the way back.
