you want a 52mm gauge accompanied by 3mm or 4mm silicone piping and about 1.5metre wiring to extend from the back of the gauge to the electric block.

52mm is typically the norm, so most gauges and pods will come in this size.

post a link of this fitting kit you speak of.

As said above you just need some silicone hose and a pod to stick the gauge in.......... And obviously a gauge..

Overkill mate - Order the following;

Silicone Vac Hose
4mm Diamter
1m Length
Colour of your choice
£2.34

Barbed T-Piece
4mm Diameter
£1.95

You will probably need addition electric wiring, as typically the length you get with the gauge is not long enough to reach the electric block behind the dimmer switch
He needs a fitting to fit into a hard pipe it's a diesel, so it's a different fitting.

You might want to buy 3mm silicone though far more flexible that the hose supplied i'd have thought, if anything be like aquarium hose

Doesn't seem a badly priced kit. Like Lee says use silicone hose instead of the nylon. Where's all the Diesel boys when you need them.
