Nope, wasn't a gear crunch, pulling out on a roundabout I floored it and at 3000rpm it crunched and bogged the car down

Haven't got round to doing my own yet, as for the mapping for this turbo it's an 'I give up' lol just got off the phone to James at dervtech and he said he had one come in with the same turbo and put my map on it to see how it performed, and it performed perfectly...conclusion - bad turbo, fix - GTB2260vk ;)

Do you know what standard pd130 internals are rated to? I've heard they're good for over 300bhp?

Apparently you need head work for over 280bhp but standard internals are pretty solid for that.

Need to upgrade your head bolts to PD150 or ARP as you'll start suffering head lift.

Yeah I've got everything for it, pd150 head bolts, +80% injectors etc...just need the turbo but just wondering what I'd be safe to run it at, 260-270 is fine for me as it's a daily and don't want to put a lot of stress on the internals

It's a dervtech/XMan hybrid, still a dmf but rated to 400lbs, got it fitted now, great clutch, I know someone with the same clutch at 295bhp and no slip
