Boot issues on 2013 seat Leon 1.2tsi

Hi I am having issues the boot on my car won’t open also the reverse lights and wiper don’t work all I did the other day was spray some silicone lubricant on the lock area and now it won’t open and car says the boot is open can anyone help please does the boot area have a fuse maybe if it does where on the board will it be and also if not how do I open the boot from inside

Found this in the handbook, hope it helps getting it open but I think your problem sounds like a wiring fault.

It seems that you do not have the Drivers Handbook for your car. Theoldboy has just posted this link for them on the main forum. Select the 2016 edition. This is the last edition for the prefacelift models, and the first to contain a fuse schedule.

If your rear lights and wiper don't work as well it won't be just one fuse, although if the boot lid is open (or the car thinks it's open) then I think the rear wiper and possibly the reverse light may be disabled.

Yep I have got into my car today and now the wiper and boot are working I think the lubricant spray might of interfered with it
