Cheap brake pads can cause excessive dust or a sticking caliper if the excessive dust is only on one wheel

I haven't changed my brake pads yet.
I am the first owner, and I didn't passed 4,000 km.
Do you think dealers used some cheap pads?!
Or I just compare my previous Mistubishi Evo Brembo calibers with drilled disks and street performance pads... Actually this setup never had brake dust at all.
The dust equal to both front wheels of course.
I wash my wheels and my car almost weekly and I have those accumulated dust just within 2 days I start to recognize them.
