brakes issue

I have lost all the pressure in my brake pedal and as a result the brakes are almost non existant,

occasionally i sounds like there is an air leak behind the pedal?

Any ideas and advice much appreciated

are they easy to replace and would that make an air leak sound?

I've never done one on an arosa but it'll be 4-6 brake pipes to undo then two bolts most likely.

An hour for someone with average mechanical knowledge.
It'll make a squishing noise (can't think of a better way to describe it)

Do the brakes work right at the end of the pedal? And get better if you pump the pedal?

the brakes work right at the end of the pedal although theres not much there. it doesn't get any better if I pump the pedal tho
