Was a fantastic day. :) Thoroughly enjoyed my self.. The clio's not being allowed to race was legend.. It did make me laugh.

I can't believe the 1st corner on the BTCC, mad.. The damage was well amazing.. definatly a few cars that aren't repairable. hehe

Sorry I didn't really chat to anyone :(

We all had a good day thanks. Didn't venture down onto the grass tho was worried about getting back up, especially as the tires are a bit worn now. Racing was ace with the most entertainment being the Clios ....... how to drive hundreds of miles bend my car and go home without any real racing!!!:lol:

My personal favourite of the day was the Carrera cup, they sound fantastic

Had a brilliant day at Brands, was good to meet some of the faces of SCN.

Did any one record the races and be willing to burn to DVD if I provide disks, cover postage and provide some beer money? Just my digi box decided to "miss" the recordings and kindly tell me this when I went to play them!

Mixed weekend for Liam! We will be running with Triple R for the rest of the season Liam made good progress through the weekend now we have tom Boardmans data to look at 3rd quickest in the wet tried to out brake Mussi into Druids on last lap to end up Huffy style in the gravel ! Made worse after, when Mussi is excluded for overtaking Liam under a Yellow flag which would have left Liam in 5th Doh!!!!!!!

Race 2 a great start up to 5th to fall off at Clearways on cold tyres a mistake Liam was highly embarased about with his new team!

Looks like we will be joining Tom Racing in Spain in 2008 alot to learn but we are now making progress

my car is now filthy, didnt help that i couldnt find the south bank to start with and took it off roading! having to park and leave it in reverse was scary, didnt think the tyres would stick! im tempted to enter the tripple 6 racing scholarship thing to get a chacne to race in clios next year, anyone know much about this?

I saw the stand but didn't look at the details :)

The Formula Palmer Audi looks good but costs £50k odd a year. Would be interesting to see how much you could expect to get from sponsorship....

Anybody know of any good entry-level motorsport classes?

Great day despite the weather, though some of the usual suspects were under it in more ways then one (Hairy!!!!!!) after a pre- race warm up the night before.

Great turn out by SCN and the hospitality suite was magnificent, thanks to all involved. Mini-briefs made some new friends too.

As for the racing.....Highlights:-
Workmanlike job by JP can't believe he actually managed to retain the championship lead during all the carnage.

Matt Sqeals Civic looking even shorter and dumpier by about 2 feet at each end. Nil Punts. (comment of the day from Gaz "they've sent 2 ambulances for Matt, one for him and one for his ego")

Clios being sent home for bad behaviour was classic, .....sychronised drifting, falling off on green flag laps, and one who drove on past us, completely unaware that his Front OS wheel was at a right angle to where it should have been.

Roll on Thruxton.

Another fantastic weekend guys, didnt help drinking nearly 3 bottles of wine Sunday night, definitly a slow drive home this morning.

Great to see some new faces and im sure Seat were impressed with the fantastic turnout and support.

Racing was excellent, and JP battled well, Darren again was unlucky.

Unfortunatly we wont be at knockhill, but we will be making up for it at Thruxton, where hopefully we can arrange the biggest BTCC SCN Camping weekend, for what we can hope will be a sucessfull weekend. So get your calender sorted and try make it a goodun.

Thanks to the usual suspects for organising Brands, fantastic as usual.

Yeah thanks Guys nice to see some usual faces again. Even despite the weather it was worth the 61/2 hr drive home. At least the weather wasn't as bad as donny.
Entertaining racing and a wicked track. Last meeting for the three of us.
Hope to be at a copule more next season.

Sorry Tris for not coming over to say hello but thanks for the directions with the meeting point.

Thanks again
Phil.
