bung under battery box

    Hi so i recently bought an exeo se tech pack estate and noticed water in the battery tray so i cleaned out the bung underneath it im just wondering if i need to do the one under the servo aswel or is clearing the battery box one enough? thanks

    Remove both of them, they'll only clog up again and potentially cause electrical issues.

    The one on the servo has a wire running through it, just push it down through the bulkhead. You can get to the one underneath the battery by running your hand underneath the bulkhead, grabbing it and yanking it out.

    Had the battery out today and cleaned the one under the servo but I didn’t push it through ‍♂️ I’m hoping by keeping the one under the battery tray clear this will be enough as it seems to be the lowest point the water travels too. Do they clog up pretty quickly ? Cheers

    No need to take the battery out, see my reply to fuel pump relay, take the big one out, its the only safe way to go.
