I just took the hit with the liquid Collinite as 6 hours cleaning the outside is enough without having to get whooped by a paste wax lol

Yup, that's the one... it's the liquid version of 476 paste. Um, forecast isn't looking great for this weekend. I've scheduled cleaning my leather seats (front).
Well, I clean them with Autogylm leather cleaner. But from what I've ready it doesn't really matter and simply wiping them down with a wet cloth is sufficient for cleaning. The important part is supposed to be "nourishing" the leather. I use Autoglym leather balm. It's supposed to soften it, protect it and stop it cracking.
So basically I apply the leather cleaner with a microfiber but take it off with a damp autoglym hi-tech drying towel. Then work in and buff off the leather balm. You can see and feel the difference when it's been done.
Better get spending then methinks!!
What sort of time do you normally spend on all seats, front and back?
Hmm, not that long. There's a curing time, so I basically just go round the seats in a circle to allow it to absorb. It's a bit trickier doing the bolsters either side of the center console because I can't reach. I'd say round about an hour.

I do plan on doing the fogs too. Eventually. I may have overspent again this month on the car! But this weekend, hopefully oil change. I have my guide all written up, just need the pictures.
Well, supposedly waffle is better for glass. And yes, even the reviews say it looks weird, but works. TBH, I prefer kitchen towel for glass and haven't found anything to beat it. BUT. All of the microfibres I've tried smear and it was only a fiver and the same brand as the other stuff... ocd purchase!
I assume you have no issues with dash errors with either of the new LED's

Not yet, but I tended to get errors more when the weather is damp. So winter time usually. Yeah, its my new rule. I match everything external, but make sure I fit it off centre and at an angle. It's an ocd nightmare!
Best part is, the sidelights were <£3.

I'm thinking if I get oil done this weekend, next week I'm just going to close my eyes and click buy on a set and hope they fit!
It's annoyed me for months. I park opposite a glass window, so when I reverse in (fogs come on) all I can see are these hideous yellow lights. Almost looking forward to parking at work in the morning... almost.
