Calling all ABF Owners

I found out this morning that i have a split hose Its the hose that comes out the radiator and into the water pump. Now can anyone that owns a abf tell me dose there hose that comes out the water pump go across the back of the rad into the passenger side of the rad with a 90degree bend at each end of the hose??????

Ive ad a right game down at Seat today. there picture of the hose i want is a tiny straight piece and the picture on there computer shows the inlet and outlet both on the drives side of the rad. But when the manger came down he said that the diagram isnt always right its jus an example so we ordered it anyway i was told it will probly be the right on as it cost £25 it is more likely to be a long hose for that price.

Sort of right. The pipe that comes off the water pump has a 90deg bend on it, it is only about 6inch long & looks like it's made of plastic. The rubber hose is then attached to this one, it goes forwards towards the radiator & then has a 90deg bend taking it around the oil filter. It then has a couple of 30deg bends for it to pass around the back of the radiator fan. A 90deg bend then takes it to the back of the bottom of the radiator.

Hmmm sounds more realistic than what seat was tryin to tell me. I even popped the bonnet to show him and he was try to tell me it must of been modified lol. Anywayz looks like im jus gonna have tp cross my fingers as im mean to be goin RTTS friday morning

Sorted. went to seat today and collected the pipe and to my luck it was the right one. So if anyone has this problem take no notice of the diagram on there computer as its jus to shpw u that its an inlet/outlet etc
