cam belt change ?

hello, my 2001 1.9, 115 bhp diesel SE had the cam belt done at 70000, when should i change it next? and can you get a kit for the job?

I just had mine changed again last week its now on its 3rd belt with 101k on the clock
They say every 40k so i would say @ 110k for you.
the kits are around £90 inc all tensioner. I would also change the water pump at the same time for an extra £30.

I've just had mine done at 79k and the ones taken off looked like new and the water pump and tensioner could have gone on e-bay easily...
