Can you fit a Golf MKIV clutch Master Cylinder to a 1m seat Leon?

Hello to all, I think the answer is yes... but just wanted to make sure...

I have not been able to verify it...

Part numbers I have found are:
6Q0721388D
1J2721388 for the Seat

1J1721388 for the Golf

Are the really incompatible or I could make them fit no problem?

The question is because I have to buy the parts in the US, and seat is not sold there...

Hi mate.
I'm not 100% sure tbh. Have you got a right or left hand drive car? From looking at the diagrams i've linked it seems that:

1j2721388 is a RIGHT hand drive part
1j1721388 is a LEFT hand drive part

Hope that is some help. If you need a right hand drive part, then you could try http://www.seatpartsshop.co.uk/ and see if they can post to venezuela, maybe it would be the same price as the US. They have been extremely helpful to me in the past.

Mine is a Left hand drive... and seeing the most every model has the same part number, I believe you hit the nail with the RIGHT OR LEFT hand drive...
