Car Electronics Problem

hi, I have a seat ibiza mk4 1.4 16v 100bhp and it has been giving me some electric problems. The lastest issue is having both tcs and abs lights on and obviously both of them being disabled. Apart from that, other issues are:
- Oxygen sensor problem
- Mixture too rich problem
- Camshaft retarded (mechanic checked and timing belt properly timed)
- Camshaft advanced (mechanic checked and timing belt properly timed)
- Between pressing the gas pedal and the car actually taking gas there is a 1 second delay (took car to dealership for throttle body cleaning and alignment but problem persists)
- occasionally when idle, car switches off
- occasionally a random ignition coil misfires (all ignition coils have been changed)

Your input would be greatly appreciated

Get it scanned with VCDS, sounds like one or more engine sensors are broken.
