My new carbon fibre wing mirrors arrived today so though that I'd post some pics to show'em off as they look the nuts! Looks like they will be a perfect click in fit, I compared them to a spare set that I had that I was going to experiment with and they are probably only 0.5mm thicker in the right places. Can't wait to fit them on the weekend :D

They were made by a guy in Austria. 110Euro delivered, I hoped that I would have had them for the AmD meet but postage took a while. I did ask if he could make more and he said he could but I also gave him a list of other things that that I want doing eg, splitter, rear diffuser, etc. so just waiting to hear back from him regarding prices etc

Looking good Mike, shame you didn't have them for the AMD meet :( maybe next time. Splitter and diffuser are a good choice as well :D

So I've only put one side and it's a really good fit but I think I can make it a better fit. I just need to get out the wet n dry and a small scraper to get out some of the residue inside the groove. Top of the mirror is pretty flush with the casing then sticks out slightly maybe by 1mm to the side and underneath but this isn't really visible.
Sunilbass, how's your fit? looks like you need a bit more resin on yours?
