changing clocks

I have a 2005 130 tdi sport, which is an Irish import, the clocks are still in Km.
Is it possible to change to a set in miles and be a straight swap?

You could change the entire binnacle fairly easily, needs properly coding tho as the immobiliser is built into it.

I have had the ECU remapped and immobiliser removed, so I can use any key without coding
