Hi all,

Does anyone know if there is a guide to change master cylinder on an lcr. Went to bleed my one today and one of the nipples snapped off, tried extracting what was left but then snapped the extractor off so picking up a new master cylinder tomorrow. But it looks like a pig of a job.

If there's no guide can anyone recommend a way to go about it?

Many thanks Matt

My mate did mine his a clutch fitter of 12 years and by doing this cost him a fat lip and 2 teeth haha no joke! It is a ba****d of a job. I cant remember how he did it of the top of my head. Just picturing him pulling at the master hose/cable because he couldn't get the long nose pliers in to undo the surclip on the bulkhead so he decided enough was enough two feet up on the dash pulling all of a sudden snap he jumped up mouth full of blood looking for his teeth haha.

should be ok, locate everything first, unhook the clutch pedal, take off the pipes, unbolt the master cylinder and do the reverse not done it in a seat though but im sure everythings similar
