Changing time on clock in Ibiza?

I know this is a really stupid question but I bought an 05 Ibiza sport a couple of weeks ago and I left my manual at home and will now not be home for another week.

As the daylight savings took place over the weekend my clock is now an hour out which is bugging me...How do I adjust the time?? I cant see anything overly apparent to try and change it.

Any help would be much appreciated!

There should be a little black stick by the dials.

Turn it to the left/right (HOLD IT THERE) to change mins/hours

yep turning to the left increases the hours , to the right is the minutes , unfortunately you have to go the long way round
