as per the title, can anyone suggest a way of using my OEM steering wheel controls with a clarion CZ109ER head unit? It has a 'headphone' size jack on the back for this purpose but i'm not sure how to make it compatible??

If your ibiza is 99-05
CTSST002

aah light at the end of the tunnel. thanks very much... what if its a 56 plate (2007 Jan)?

car audio security.com said i would have to get an aftermarket remote to stick on the steering wheel which didnt really appeal to me!

so does this lead just plug straight from the steering wheel to the back of the HU?

sorry i wasnt 100% what year ibiza was

Assume yours is quadlock then?

56> CTSST001 this one is more expensive as it uses the CAN-BUS system in the vehicle to convert the signals required for the radio to respond to the stalks rather than the old system that was k-bus

however if yours is a late registered model then youll need the first i suggested

best way to know is if your wiring is this-ST001 required

or this-ST002 required

The patch lead plugs into the back of the clarion radio, the other end of the patch plugs into the above part, this then plugs inline between your radio wiring loom and your radio wiring loom
