clutch cable issue

Anyone else had this problem?
Basically my clutch cable has detached itself from the clutch pedal?
White clip, top left, picture pilfered from pedal box thread!

It happened whilst driving as well so i had to stall the car and clip it back in on the roadside in the dark

if its just the cable that popped off i wouldnt worry... mine has a rubber bit on one of the 'spikes' to stop it from coming off, i guess you could just bang a cable tie on it if it keeps coming off?

I was thinking cable tie!!
Just been out and a look at it, to be honest i think the cable is stretched, i didn't replace it when i did my pedal box either which i probably should have done.
Still, we live and learn

i wouldnt worry i can bang a clutch cable change out in 10 mins, if youve done the pedal box before now then i presume it wont take you any longer
