Help please lol pedal jus went straight to the floor sont know how much better to say it sorry.

You have a fluid leak somewhere - either at the master or slave cylinder.
Should be easy for a garage to tell you which one

There was a little black metal plate broken lyin on floor too if that is any help?

The plastic clip snapping is a common problem. Should be plenty on google, or someone will be along soon with a link
