Clutch replacing

Hi all now going to replace clutch I have a 2.0 tfsi running around 300 hp and 350 ft torque and a quaife lsd anyone know what sort of clutch to use I also do some track days and Nurburgring so need it to be right thanks Dale

Off the top of my head, I think the organic is more like OEM feel and lasts longer. The paddle type clutch plates can take more torque but are harsher and wear out quicker. I'm looking at going 2+ (so aiming around 350lbs torque) and going for the Helix organic. But I'm not doing tracks days, etc.
