Coilpack?

It seems to be holding back in the revs and as soon as I change gear it bangs a flame from the exhaust (as I there's in burnt fuel). Had it on diagnostics and no trouble codes... It had been stood for 2 and a half months.. Any ideas?

Take a look in your Cat mate , I had a similar problem ...it had all crumbled up inside acting like a trap door when I came on boost ..then back firing

Coil pack on mine has gone a few times and is usually noticeable when accelerate and it hesitates a lot, not so much a back fire but stuttering quite a bit.
