Got abit of an issue with cold start on the PD170 its cranking but 2 or 3 second crank then off, followed by another crank and it fires up. Puff of reek on start and abit lumpy for 5 seconds then clears. Car is mapped and EGR delete andyone any ideas ?
Ive had the problem one morningon my drive when it wouldn't start but cranked over ok. My drive is on a hill with the nose pointing up.
I dragged it out the drive withy the mrs Qashqai and after about an hour it started could this be the diesel pump?
