In my opinion between the cupra and the golf would say,
Coilovers / Springs
Remap
Filter (S2000 filter)
Front mount
312mm brakes (Worth the 100 or so quid)

Depends what you want to be doing with your car; For me I drive it hard, its been to the ring and i plan on taking it round a few tracks for some cheap fun, For me its not quick but its a fun car to drive that's lasted me 5 years, I've owned other cars in between but this car refuses to die!

The front mount helped me massively as i found the standard one heat soaked after a few pulls or continued abuse, Didnt realise it was the thin thin between the rad, but do it properly, i pop a hose every nown again.

The Air filter, i noticed no difference between standard and the S2000 other than a bit more noise but then i never noticed difference when i had no air filter (to test), It was 13 quid, quick saw to it and it fits straight on so that done me.

Brakes, 312mm had much more stopping power and look better behind the wheels, I wouldn't mind a set of cupra r brembos though!

My Costs
Springs 50 quid from a mate
Front mount 40 quid
front mount piping around 80 quid - none bead rolled! - get it bead rolled if you do!
brake setup 100 quid (included decent discs n pads which lasted a good while)

I dont like to plough money into my cars but it can be cheap fun
