Hi there people. I've got a 92 K reg IBIZA 1.7i Sportline. I've just had to strip the engine down to replace the head for a gas flowed head and thought that i would do a few more mods while its in this state. It's got a TT back box and a de-cat pipe along with a K&N. My big problem is that i dont know where to start to find parts or companeys that would specialise in this area!!! If anyone could help would be very greatful :D

Owt just to make it go faster! Cams, chip owt. Had problems with the new head as it far to small even though is been played with and now to finish me off i've got a cracked block!!!!! If it wont repair going to get my other block done to the same spec. Why do you know of anyone who could do anything with the engine? Woulg be forever in your debt if you did! Nice car that you've got there!!!!!!! Would love to put that in my IBIZA but i dont think it would fit or have that amount of cash.

you could get it in there mate. No probs. Best bet would be to spend the cash on the conversion. Then you will have something to smile about. And the best places to find out about gas flowed heads is in back street garages

A decent gas flowed head will cost more than your car bud so I wouldn't bother - save up for a 2L 8V or 16V - you can get them for £1500 now
