Cracked splitter/valance [Pics]

Some pics for the ambulance chasers

Hit a rabbit a couple nights back and it cracked the splitter.. had to hacksaw the other side off because it was bitterly cold, the screws were stuck, it was midnight and I had leave to go to kirkaldy at silly o clock the next morning.

Then last night I hit another rabbit and this time the vent and bumper got it. The vent is in one piece but one of the mount points came off and the lower part of the Aero valance is cracked all the way through

Give it some calpol and im sure it will feel alot better soon.

try coating hair/hare restorer on your bumper.....

it might work on rabbits too....

Ok Ok.. Yes it was a "hare raising" experience before anyone asks any more for any more

hit a fox once in a cavalier... wiped out the lower valance, went under but some how catapulted itself into the air as it cleared and landed on the bonnet of a white astra...

poor astra driver was hysterical... 70mph impact ment it didnt look like a fox and she took some conviencing!

Cheers loon, Should be ok at least I can paint the lowest part of the valance without having to blend the paint. I once hit a pigeon and it broke the fog lamp dummy cap.. Searched for about half an hour for the cap.. Months later I found it inside the bumper with the dead bird.. It wasn't pretty.

ouch thats a shame did the same to mine on a crow last summer cost my insurers nearly £2500 to fix chris

I think i'll be able to fix it, the remaining part of the splitter is holding it together so it should be ok for now. It's annoying though.
