Did you need to repaint or touch up the top of the boot after removing the old spoiler?

Unfortunately i did not have the know how about removing the spoiler and was very difficult to take it off. Basically it was damaged but the lid had very small damages. I have some pics and i could share with you on the dedicated thread.

A build thread; I’d be interested in seeing that :)

I had to cut the exhaust in the ''Y'' point as the FWD has a different configuration pipes including the rezonator.
Then, I was repainted and added a fixing point for the support on the left side.
The big surprize is that now I have ''pop corn'' farts, similar with rez delete.

How does your exhaust look under the car? Do you still have the original resonator installed or also installed a resdelete?

Yes, the original resonator is still on the car and I am very surprised about the presence of pops&bangs with the original resonator. The only change, basically, was that the final exhaust had 2 pipes, and now I have 4.

I had the 280 ST that was just too quiet, so got a BCS powervalve system that was almost perfect. The valve closed to so no lift off pops and bangs. When I was selling the car the old exhaust went back on and I had a week of boredom.

Soon as I got in the Carbon I noticed how much better the exhaust sounded. However it was still a little muted. Now with a res delete its near enough perfect.

Although I thought the tips could be taken off and ceramic coated, but looking at the photos, they must be welded on. So I may just get some new 100mm round tips ceramic coated and fitted instead. The only thing I've not yet done in this photoshop, is the exhaust tips:

Out of interest, what did you pay for the carbon rear diffuser?

That looks great. Maybe a touch big but still better than the stock ovals

I'm interested in the cost because my detailer found a minor issue with mine and I haven't decided what to do about it yet
I have the Carbon Edition obviously, but I would say the Reiger one is still the best. Looks much more aggressive and like a diffuser, unlike the trip that is the Carbon one.

Not that any of these diffusers are actually functional.
