Cupra engine fans on after journey

Hi All

Newbie here and new to cupra, my fans seems to come on a lot after a journey is this normal.

Fans seems to be on after completing a normal journey drive of about 30mins at average speeds of 40 around town, after stopping and turning off engine fans are on for about 5mins. haven't checked temps reached yet for the kind of journey

ok, so cupra 300 engine fans on most if not all the time, thought it might have to do with the Engine

There are times it doesn’t come on and other times it does. I had concerns initially but don’t worry about it now.

My old FR 184 TDI was the same, and so is the Golf R i have on loan at the moment, I think its just to keep the temps down when you are running if its hot outside, and then to help the car cool down once you park. Its normal.

Thats a good point, thinking about it, of my last 5 cars, 4 were either TDI or petrol Turbo, and all 4 ran the fan after turning off, the only one that didn't was lacking of the turbo...... plodding along... lol

previous cars have not done it, i when did test drive of gold r and cupra i dont remember it happening, but thanks anyways
