After an exhaust for my 2016 Ibiza Cupra. Been looking at millteks/cobras but they seem slightly quiet for my liking, also expensive.
This leaves me looking at custom exhausts. Been quoted for a 2.5” cat back with a single small back box and twin 80mm tips, similar to a milltek just abit louder.
However, i dont plan on getting the car re mapped at any point as i’m happy with its current power and cant afford for the clutch to go etc. Would i need a re map to deal with the change in gas flow from the bigger pipe diameter? This may sound stupid but im not sure.
the quotes ive received have been quite high due to mandrel bending being a requirement for the central exit. Should i just get a simple resonator delete and a different back box, leaving the pipe diameter the original size? Would the car react okay to this change?
