From ABT website:

"ABT Sportsline offers the best warranty solution on the market with 2 years warranty up to 100.000 km from the date of the first registration. The warranty is included and will be offered in following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Italy and Poland."
Yeah well aware of it haha. In the UK though so warranty doesn’t apply. We get an insurance instead.

In Poland i have 2 options that will not breake my warranty:

· Intercooler Wagner Competition 2.0 TSI – 729,00 € net + 180€ service
The ABT Sport Stabilizer Set – 424,37 € net+ 150€ service

So build update, and its been mostly vinyl related...

The wing decals were good, but the angle wasn't raked back enough for my liking so took them off. Then had a mini meet with @Damo7 and got to see his lovely motor!!

Then the stripes started to tear again (what gives??) so they had to come off. Looking at getting the materials and doing them myself.

Annoyingly the silver on the front took a big stone, so even they got peeled off in the last fortnight.

So with no more silver on the front deciding to just stick to dark silver and black going forward. More stealthy haha.

Oh and I visited the lovely guys at VAG Manchester to watch @paddy6789 get a Racingline Stage 1 for his Cupra R, ended up getting mine done first with a DSG remap to boot!

So I had to update the badges with some Carbon Fibre Vinyl to reflect its new status. So Racingline logos on the boot and lower front doors, along with CARBON on the lower rear doors. And a cheeky 370 for the boot.

Want to get the boot badges properly 3D printed, just need to dyno it to see if my number needs to go down (or maybe even up). Don't want to false advertise ;)

Hello ;)

I was on second dyno today, and the resoults wasnt quite nice... Both dyno resoults were around 340hp.... Ofc PB100

As disappointed as you may feel, the ABT module is a very clever bit of kit at making sure it protects your engine. It may just be that the air flow from the fan was not sufficient for the ABT module to want to give the car the full beams. High intake temps etc.

Mine will be going on the Dyno in the next few weeks I hope, I’ll let you know how it gets on.

Nope, its not the air, i speak to the both dyno chefs and they told me that they put theirs fans 100% right onto intercooler. Its funny becouse he have 4,4 to 100km but still only 340hp. Those are VERY expensive 340hp...

What gear did they run the dyno on. Likely 4th. Unless they have a wind tunnel like the Ferrari F1 team there is no way they are getting the air over the whole car that it would be getting on the road at the speeds it would be doing on the load it’s on.

What was the ambient temp?

Also what power did it have at the wheels?

My cars not an ABT 370, it’s a Racingline Stage 1, so it’s not like I have a vested interest explaining why the power maybe low on yours.

No I need to alter my autosignature to better represent my actual car lol The Stage 1 should be ~370.

So did you get what power it had at the wheels and know what the ambient temp was?

Sorry little confused. So you got 340 today. So where is that graph from? A previous run or someone else?

This graph, with 370, it’s from ABT tuner, he install ABT chip before car arrived to the dealer. He send me this as a prove that the car have 370hp. And then I make my own 2 runs, both of them shows 340hp

Update: Well my car is booked in for some subtle mods at VAG Manchester/Progressive Parts:

- 034 Motorsport Dynamic Top Mounts

- Eibach Lowering Springs

- First Oil Service.


I’m also looking at exhausts. Considering the Remus Golf R system with the Bluetooth controlled valve.
