Well started with a full interior this morning. By lunchtime I was left with this:

I then went to B+Q and bout 2 wall paper scrapers and a heat gun, and started removing the tar/sound deadening from the rear forwards. Then cracked on with grinding the seams ready for welding. A full afternoon of prepping and welding left me at the seam just infront of the fuel tank.

Stiffens the body shell up, less flex in the shell allows the suspension to work better. its already done something, jacking up and bouncing the rear down would just bounce normally before returning to both rears in the air, now when i bounce it down its creaking.

No idea. Nipping to TSR tomorrow or Thursday to ask if I can borrow one of their manifolds to see if it'll fit. Then see if I can strike some deal with it as sponsorship etc

From what I've seen spool up is circa 4500 and can hold 34psi to 9000. I knew it was big, but I wasn't expecting that lol. 1900 is my only option build wise, but I'll see how I get on with 1800 to start with! I'm not sure budget will allow a new b/e before next season.

Going for an OMP bolt in cage, just to start with until I can get more funding towards a mental cage.

It's a t3 twin scroll 12cm2 housing, But unsure what the a/r compressor side is...

So Nipped down to TSR this morning and asked if I could be cheeky and borrow one of they're manifolds for a dry buildup to see what fitment issues I shall have, now, how many companies would let you walk out of there with a £1000rrp manifold with no payment atall?

Just aswell I'm quite friendly with them :)

Over to the garage and had a quick look at my engine, now the manifold they have is a t25, but i did discuss about getting a t3 flange put on.

I may even look and see if there is any way of making a tial v-band exh housing fit.

But here is the mock up, I'll be dropping it in the car on sunday at the earliest, got work coming out my ears on saturday, went from an LCR in for a leak test, and now have 2 172 cambelts, and a service on top!
