Distressed over IPOD

Hi first thread so go easy on me.

I have recently purchased a Seat Altea XL '97....it has been great. One of the features is the IPOD dock in the armrest which I have happilly used. We recently had a problem with our passenger side front window and replaced the regulator. Since then the Ipod dock has not been working......any suggestions??

Odd!

Have you checked the fuses, but also check the connection (trace it back) from the iPod to the HU
