Maybe their is a thread for this already. But how often should you clean the inside of your EGR Valve.

Just clean it when it's not working properly.

Did mine at 120k, amongst other things, when I was getting to the bottom of my limp mode cause.

Did mine at 155k, but ended up replacing when cleaning didn't sort it and then shutting the new one off with VAG-COM adaption.

This I really want to do. But in Slovakia there can be big problems if they catch you with it. And also they have police everywhere on the roads doing random stops. In the UK its much better to do mods. Here you can't even put bigger alloys on your car without a certificate and then having it added to the cars paperwork and you can only have sizes that are spec for the car
