Has anyone had any history/ issues with an end of contract invoice?
I terminated my agreement on a pcp endish of last year, car was collected end of November but didn’t receive any correspondence until 7th January, they’ve got the mileage price wrong, pictures where taken after collecting car and driving over 130 miles away! Email not sent when it was meant to !! Other things but too much too list really!!
So if anyone’s got any thoughts on it that would be much appreciated
I have started a complaint with them as well
