Engine Mount/Dog Bone/Bushes?????

I've looked at lots of threads and I'm confused.

Can some please explain to me if changing the bushes on the LCR's existing engine mount is sufficient to reduce engine hopping, or do i need a new Mount?

Yes.

A few places do Powerflex dogbone bushes, and Forge do some (not sure if they're powerflex ones or not).

Westec also do (or used to anyway) the EIP one, which is a whole replacement.
