Facelift Fog light grille removal

Does anyone know how to remove the grille around the fog light circled below.

Would need to confirm when near the car, but at least on my previous Octavia VRS there was a small hole on the grille and you would put a metal hook through it and literally pull it out.

Mine is the same as the picture, the grille doesn't have any gaps in between or screws, just one whole piece of plastic, I would like to hope it can be removed without taking the whole bumper off
