Faulty front passenger electric window on 014 Leon FR

Hi,

i have a problem with he front passenger window in that if i or my passenger open the electric window it opends OK, but when shutting it closes and then imediately opens again.

Any ideas?

opens all the way or just a little bit?

If just a bit then make sure nothing is lodged in the recess as it may think its trapping fingers and opening it back up as its a safety feature

No it opens fully! What I have to do to get it close toshut is switch off the ignition just at the point of closing.

Have you tried resetting the one-touch?

Restoring one-touch opening and closing
– The automatic open and close function will not work if the battery
has been temporarily disconnected. The function can be restored
as follows:
– Close the window as far as it will go by lifting and holding the
electric window switch.
– Release the switch and then lift it again for one second. This
will re-enable the automatic function.
