Feedback sound from entertainment system

Hi. Has anyone experienced a slight feedback sound coming from the entertainment system? It’s intermittent but very annoying as it distorts the sound. I thought at first it was poor speaker quality but it’s definitely from the actual system. It mainly starts when I recieve a call through the apple car play or the sat nav voice speaks.

From what you describe, it sounds like your phone and phone mount are too close to the infotainment head unit, hence the feedback. Try moving your phone away from the head unit to see if that cures the problem.

My infotainment unit has been replaced by Seat as it was faulty & the issue is now resolved.
