    nah the hole is tiny, like 3mm, just enough to let water out.

    The TT box comes with a drainage hole in as standard.

    just had a look at some of the pics i took of my airbox (i take loads when i do mods to my car!) and sure enough there is a hole in it! :lol: :roflmao: :redface:

    Saw the simota at Autosport, looked nice but iirc its just a heat shield for cone filter! but could duct into it?

    I was talking about the box alone, the only difference being the ribs are missing.
    Yes you have a cold air feed and an aftermarket filter :)

    here anyone know if a 1.6 leon has an airbox like that? sorry if that sounds stupid- i have no knowledge of cars :rolleyes:

    i think all the airboxes are the same yes!

    i know the filter sizes are so the boxes will be.

    even if they were not, the principle would be exactly the same! :yes:

    umm looking at the pic of your engine bay though i have a big gap where your air box sits... am i missing something?!

    The part number is stamped on. I would guess that yours'll be the same as the Cupra.
