Hello everybody!

I'm just thinking, than is possible to fit full normal AC system to a non AC version of Ibiza?
What about the ECU should I change it also, or just change something in the software?

Thanks!

Anything is possible it just costs a lot of time and money .....
You would need the pump, dryer, radiator, hoses mounting brackets , belts, pulleys and associated hardware. then you would need to cockpit controls and yes potentially get your ecu recoded or a replacement and then that would need to be coded to the car at least that would be my take on it.

Thanks for you answer.
In this case first I need to find a man who can record my ECU.

You'd basically need an entire donor car to take the parts off and stick them onto your own.

Which raises the question of why not just sell your own and buy one with AC in it already, it's be quicker and easier in the long run.

Change the car .. it will be a lot easier and cheaper. I once refitted air con to a car and it cost me £1k by the time I had bought a new condenser, drier, charged it and found the (for that car) very rare corroded aluminium pipework.
