Fitting new suspension on my 04 FR 20VT - bush question

I have just purchased some new suspension for my FR, not coilovers but it should lower the car by 35mm.

The question I have is, what bushes would be wise to replace?
Front wishbone and front rear wishbone?
front strut top mounting and bearing?

Would anyone be able to tell me if there are others that I am missing?
I plan to buy all the parts and a friend will be able to fit it all.

If someone could point me in the right direction with regard to what items/part numbers are required that would be most helpful.

I would replace top mounts and top mount bearings mate..

Ok thanks, do these product numbers look right?

6Q0412331B front strut top mounting (2 required at 9.23 each plus VAT)
6N0412249C front strut top bearing (2 required at 7.95 each plus VAT)
