Floating fuel needle

Basically as title says when im driving my fuel needle just floats about. When my tank is full it just floats between half a tank and full etc.

Has anyone else come across this and anyone able to give me a solution to fix it?

Similar problem when the arrows on my fuel pump unit didn't match the one on the tank.

Sound like yours might be loose inside what pump is it?

Got it sorted mate, the speedo sensor wasnt plugged in properly. Plugged it in properly yesterday and all is good now
I have a lcr pump anyway bud
