Free advice should you wish to accept it - take your jacking point covers off until the snow passes as slush, snow and ice congregates inside the skirt and the weight pushes the jacking point covers down causing them to fall off.

I have seen 2 local Leons with theirs missing and when I power hosed mine earlier, one fell off just as I looked at it, complete with a big block of ice in it.

Mine are now off until the weather improves.

You beat me to making this thread!

Got to work this morning and noticed it missing on the drivers side! :censored:. Really doesn't help that mine are white so theres no chance of seeing it with the current snow fall

This would explain why I found my drivers side one half way down the drive a few days back. Not got round to putting it back on yet so might just take the other one off too. Glad it was on my drive and not while I was driving.

I tape my jacking point covers to the skirt underneath where it can't be seen.
I also replace the tape regularly. :)

The way the covers clip into the skirt is pretty crude.

I clean my skirts underneath every couple of months and check and renew the fixing tape (which gets a hammering) but it's a shame they are not better than this. :(
