Forge FMIC

How much do you reckon i could get for a second hand Forge FMIC? Done about 15,000 miles on the car.

Thinking of upgrading the turbo etc on the car and the kit comes with its own intercooler.

So was wondering how do you think a second hand intercooler is worth..Its for a 03 LC.

I paid £673 for a brand new one from Forge (LCR) so I'd imagine a second hand one would go for around £400 - £450

Can't you get a discount off the kit by not having the FMIC? A lot of places will do that, you could end up better off that way

LCR and LC are not compatable as regards the FMIC.
well it could be done, but the inlet is on the nearside on a LCR engine and offside on a LC.

so the pipework heads off in opposite directions on the FMIC dpeendant on which car you have.
(on the LC the inlet and outlet on the FMIC is on the same end. the LCR has them on opposite ends)

if it comes off a cupra it will only fit a cupra anyway, cupra R has the opposite side intake manifold and would be a single pass where the cupra fmic from forge is dual pass

Just had mine converted to a single pass intercoolerinstead of dual, only cost £130 off fleabay and looks quality

Which turbo kit you going for dude? And is the intercooler + piping in decent condintion? Any dents or digns from stones etc...?
