our webshop shows some rods we have available.. Rifle drilled advised.
H or I beam more than adequate for your existing power.. What end goal do you have in mind?

New big end shells, optional on rings if your compression and leakdowns are good then leave alone.
usual other things, cam belt, water pump and advise check cyl head, as most often we see exhaust valve guide wear. Rebuild required. Often Supertech exhaust valves opted for at that point also.

We do a supply & fit rods package for £1690
Cyl head rebuild, refresh, skim, clean etc £595
    Supertech inconel exhaust valves £304

much listed in our shop, or feel free to email/call the office (01453 822880)
