Forum Performance - What Happens at 22:10?

The forum seems to grind to a halt at 22:10 every evening for around 5-10 minutes. Is this when the database backup is being done or something?

This is a common time that I am usually active on the forum during week days and it's been bugging me for a while now.

I've noticed the same, between 22:00 and 22:20 usually. Not sure if it's the forum or t'internet in general as some other stuff seems to run slow too. No big deal, glad it isn't just me though!
