FR PD150 heater controls

Hey Guys, got a weird one in my FR.
My heaters work, all the controls seem fine. however I won't get any actual hot air until I turn the Climate Control up to about 27+ degrees. then it blows like the fires of hell.
Anyone experienced this before and able to point me in the right direction r.e. a diagnoses?

Thats a strange one. The best thing to do is to get it scanned with VCDS. If that isn't possible, then the climate control panel has a form of self diagnosis built in. I have helped someone out with this before, i will try and find the thread and post back here when i have.

Not quite the same issue, but may help. The internal thermostat may be goosed perhaps.

Basically you hold the recirculation button , then press the up arrow at the same time. After that read off any fault codes refering to the article. Hope that is some help.
