FR170 egr cooler delete

Hi folks.. looking for a bit of advice or a point in the right direction to a thread(phones playing up). To a egr cooler delete thread for a pd170 mk2

Currently on the car i have had a few mods done,
Dpf delete
Egr delete
Remapped
Dark side developments 3" downpipe

Car pulls like a frieght train its great bit the problem im having is that vmy exhaust was blowing(thought i cracked the manifold) turns out one of the wee pipes that goes from the manifold to the egr cooler on the back of the engine.. its driving me nuts and the car sounds terrible

Think it's a 140 used in the guide. It's basically the same on the 170 except the cooler is harder to get to.

Cheers. Mate. Do u think its worth taking it of and getting the bits from darkside ornshould i just fix the bit thays blowing.. it appears to be a gasket between two pipes but like you said its a nightmare to get to esp with that big ass downpipe

Don't forget it's now an MOT failure for that stuff to be taken off.

You could do a stealth delete by sticking a blanking plate in here, but leaving the EGR cooler in place.

Hiw will that work with the water pipes that go to the cooler

Leave the cooler and all the water pipes un-touched, just block the feed from the manifold to the cooler so no exhaust gasses pass through.
